Dev Update 2021-09-17
What a week it's been. We've seen good numbers on our Discord server with a whole bunch of new, awesome people joining to look at photos of Dobby the pupper. Some of them even discuss the game!
This has been another marketing week with many time-consuming things happening in the background, like configuring additional analytics, goal conversion tracking, etc.
We updated the build on Indiexpo and Gamejolt. The game has also been released on New Grounds, though it isn't a great fit since most New Grounders seem to enjoy shorter pieces of entertainment. Don't fret; Not taking the Patreon Early Access into account, the Itch.io build will always be the latest one.
We made a Trailer for the game, which turned out pretty OK considering I've never done anything like this before, and most exciting of all:
I did spend as much time as I could on the new build and managed to do some bug fixes. I'm expecting to release at least one more big content patch before the end of the month.
- Hotfix for breaking save games when old saves are loaded.
- Fixed a logic issue where the code was correctly commented but never coded.
- Implemented Matthias' theme. (Has a slight click when looping that will be corrected.)
