It's an EARLY morning Friday devlog! It's still 7:00AM(ish) while I write this.

I wanted to start by apologising for not posting a devlog last week. We were without water for 3 days from Thursday to Saturday, and I had to shuffle priorities like standing in a queue for over an hour to get water from a tanker.

My whole week has been like that. We were without power for 50+ consecutive hours from Monday, and there is a Reddit post out there on the South African subreddit about the whole ordeal if you search hard enough.

But onto brighter and better days!

I'm doing this super early post because we are finally ready to start coding today. We haven't had a content release in a while, and it's long overdue. I had an impromptu livestream session late last night where we wrote some of Lochem's friendship route content. (We'll circle back and do the rest of the crew down the line.)

Tae has finished the Cephilusk, except for one outfit that still needs to be done. And Katya. We still have to redraw Katya, and then our entire crew is redone!!

Related, but unrelated, I've also spent a bit of time on Draegan Herald's random events this week, writing the different scene snippets that might take place depending on how you shape your society. My focus was mostly on a male-dominated society vs a female-dominated society. Some of it gets a bit intense, but you'll only unlock the really extreme options if you are purposefully aiming to do so. Otherwise, it should settle in the middle by maybe leaning slightly towards one or the other.

We've also received the artwork for three more Draegan Herald characters, with another two on their way. I'll share the one we received last week to make up for missing last week's devlog!
