Hey hey. It's Friday.

Thanks for all the love and support. Promptly after my last devlog, I also fell sick, but I've mostly recovered, except for my voice, which is still sometimes barely a hoarse whisper. The situation is still hectic, with some improvements and some new setbacks, but I feel like I'm starting to cope a bit better with the new reality.

I'm hoping things will continue to improve, but without being pessimistic, the reality is that the storm hasn't reached its apex yet, so things will continue for a while before it starts getting better.

All that said, I've come to the realisation that the only thing I can do is throw myself into my work. I've been writing again this week, mostly on silly side projects, but it feels good getting back into the driver's seat.

Project Syndicate has been making progress, but it was starting to feel like a very generic and average story. There's nothing wrong with that, but it's not the type of story I like to tell, so I've been working closely with the team over the last week to make some adjustments. The good news is the game will hopefully/probably be better for it, but it also means we are now saddled with a bit of scope creep.

We're also planning to start working on the next content batch for Thalassaphilia, making some minor changes to the existing content to be better in line with the original vision, before continuing with the next batch of content.

And perhaps the most important, Infinite Stars. I've been continuing to work on a small update, adding the new user portraits and stuff like that. Grace has also been working on some of Tabitha's scenes in the meantime. As I continue throwing myself into work and checking off small victories for Syndicate and Thalassaphilia, my full attention will shift back to Infinite Stars and the continuation of the Episode. Luckily, we have a big chunk of it already written from the earlier overwrite, and we'll have a bunch of outfits ready to go with the new outfit system, thanks to some of our Patrons <3
